Karen's room

Private furnished room with twin bed, built-in shelving, ceiling fan, closet with double hanging bars and shelves, and desk. Bathroom is mostly private, but may be used for guests only occasionally. Bathroom with counter-height granite counters, extra storage cabinet over toilet, and tile surround in tub/shower. Gaming or high-usage internet requirements will require you to obtain your own internet. Basic internet provided.

Husband and wife live at the property. Work from home so quiet required during business hours. No smoking, drugs, or drinking and same would be expected of renter. We are very clean and organized and expect the same from our renter.
