• Friendly, outgoing, and super considerate of others. We like to keep all social activities outside, so we keep home clean, quiet, and peaceful.

• Working professionals/Grad students preferred. Mid 20s - 40s.
• CLEAN, mature, highly respectful and considerate of roommates
• No smoking, No any kind of drugs, No pets, No party, No overnight guests (Sorry!)
