The room is spacious comes with a closet fits a queen bed, desk, and dresser with some extra space. private bathroom in the main hall. washer & dryer in unit. Central Air. Light rail is about 10 minute walk to Liberty State Park/Garfield stations. Street parking available. Convenient stores/coffee shop around the neighborhood. Utilities (heat/hot water/wifi) NOT included in rent. Even split. No cigarette smoking in apt but there is a patio door I don’t mind if not excessive. Feel free to share a message about yourself and your expectations in the ideal space you are looking for. laid back. pretty quiet at home, might play some music in the living room on a cleaning day. work on the weekends so home during the week or out with my pups. I do have two dogs that live here. both really loving and sweet. people friendly. the space is big but there is no other house mate other then them. I do keep the apartment clean and I’m hoping to find the right person that will respect and do the same. I don’t mind company but parties are not what id hope to encounter every week. the neighborhood is up and coming but still a 20min walk to the Path into the City.
