House is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, with converted garage and sunroom. Closet door is broken, has shelves on both sides of the closet (10ft by 9ft room). Driveway only has room for 1 car, so street parking only. Pets: we don’t have the backyard for a dog. any cats must be good with other cats, we already have 2.
About the roomies
Owner of house (myself) in master bedroom, my brother is in the converted garage, he works night shifts. Both generally quiet.
