Julie's room

Renting a large, private room with vaulted ceilings. Closet is a good size with mirror doors and customs shelves. Bathroom is shared with another female roommate. Common spaces are tidy and professionally cleaned bimonthly. We have a pool and hot tub in the backyard. Landscaping is maintained by gardeners. Our gate in the backyard opens to the HOA park which is three acres of open space. Utilities included: internet, trash, water, electricity, gardener, pool maintenance, house cleaning.

I’m a mom living with my 12 year old son and additional room is rented to a female. We both work full time outside the home. We live in a quiet neighborhood, but neighborhood friends are often around playing inside and out of the house. We honor quiet hours for sleeping. We have two cats and a leopard gecko.
