About the room
Gated community ( 24/7 guard at the gate). Beautiful natural environment offering plenty of trees, lake, ducks…. 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, basketball courts…… The Community is a few minutes from: Town Center at Boca Raton, a few minutes from: I-95, Lynn University, Florida Atlantic University, Whole Foods, Boca Raton Hospital, Boca Raton Community High School. Ten minutes from Boca Raton Beach and Mizner Park. Private fully furnished room with own bathroom. Own space in the kitchen, own refrigerator, access to laundry room, parking, super fast internet, brand new air conditioner unit in the house.
About the roomies
We are two females, mother( teacher) and daughter( junior student at FAU) and two gorgeous Siamese kitties ( brother and sister) 8 months old. We are looking for a SINGLE female WITHOUT any pet or children living with her. We are fully vaccinated and our roommate must show proof of fully vaccination ( covid-19 vaccine).Our roommate must be like us: No smoker, drug free and no visitors at all ( boyfriend, lover, partner, friend, etc. are not allowed in our home). We don’t touch our roommate’s property and we expect her to do the same with our property. The room we offer has tv and we give free access to Netflix, therefore, our roommate will watch tv in her own room. We respect boundaries and we follow rules; we expect the same from our roommate. If you are retired or work from home, you are not a good fit for us. Gentlemen: We are sorry: we are Looking for SINGLE FEMALE ONLY.
