Yatzari's room

My apartment is 8 mins away from csuf and 11 mins from the Brea Mall. I am looking for a responsible, working, female student to share my 1 bd apartment with. You would have your own private bedroom that comes unfurnished and is pretty big so it fits a queen size bed with tons of room left over and has a walk-in closet. I would be taking the living room and converting it into my own room. The only thing that would be shared would be the bathroom. The parking would be on the street, however, there is always a lot of street parking available so it shouldn’t be a problem. Utilities are not included in the rent since it varies from month to month, but would probably be around $50 or $60 a month. Hi, I’m a full-time student who also works full-time which keeps me pretty busy most of the time so I’m only really home on my days off. I’m 20 years old so I’m hoping my roomie is around the same age too :). I love to watch netflix, paint and I love fashion. I’m hoping we can become friends from this, but if you like to keep to yourself, I am totally cool with that too!!
