I own the house and am renting out one bedroom (11x10) on the first floor with one bathroom. Can be furnished if need be.

The house is 3 bedrooms and has 2.5 baths.

The main living is on the second floor. House is divided well so that the first floor can be your domain if you choose. You would have your own bathroom and second living room space on the first floor but would have full use of the house. Utility bills would be included in the rent. The furniture is updated (not what is pictured) and there is new carpet. I have a miniature dachshund and additional pets will be on a case by case basis. Refundable security deposit will be one month’s rent. Pet deposit is $400 non-refundable. Location is excellent, in the Woodlands, located next to several big nature parks and ponds.

The renter should be someone who cleans up after themselves, and is a responsible adult. I like to travel, entertain, and maintain an active lifestyle.
