It’s in an apartment complex, we have a gym, free parking, pool and jacuzzi, near targer, trader joes, chick fil ect. Great location honestly.

What you get: Private bath and bedroom Utilities included in rent (including WiFi) if it’s slow we can upgrade WiFi and then you would have to pitch into the WiFi bill- it would probably be like 15 or 20 bucks. Place has a balcony as well super nice size. Will send video tour before you come tour so you can see it yourself. Looks exactly like pictures. It was just updated last month. Room is normal size can fit full/queen comfortably.

Place is unfurnished! I just moved in a month ago so we can go half on furniture or you can bring your own. I’m looking at pieces to buy now so I may have some before you move in
