All utilities included (internet, electric, oil heat, trash, water). Furnish room including full sized bed, dresser, end table, and TV. Set of towels & extra set of sheets included.

28 year old female & 29 year old male couple looking to rent room to save some extra money for wedding. We have two cats, and are willing to rent to a 25-35 year old female or couple. I work 12 hours a day, so am only home night and weekends.
