The house has a large basement for storage, large living room spaces, front and back porch, back yard with wooden fence, above ground fire pit, driveway, laundry room, dishwasher, large dining area and kitchen, projector room, and three fantastic housemates. It’s also just a short walk to Toast, Handsome Biscuit, and many other establishments.

Looking for someone who will mesh well with the current household and group living environment which is amazing when we have the right group dynamic in the house. Sadly, no couples, no pets, and no smokers (sorry). The listed rent price does not include utilities which is split up evenly between the roommates (water, electric, and internet), roughly $150 per person, depending on the season.

If you are interested in seeing the place or have any questions, please tell us about yourself. What makes this house work is that everyone in the house approves the incoming roommates. So if you do move in, you will have a say in selecting incoming roommates. This maintains the harmony and awesomeness of the house. The landlord (me) is great and allows the current housemates to take longer if needed to find the right fit for the house. We look forward to hearing from you!

The two current housemates are a 28yo male bartender who works a few blocks away and is very into music and a 24yo male recent graduate heading to Columbia University in the fall.
