Modern bedroom with closet and multiple windows available in large two-story renovated home with three others. House is 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Room is next to large shared bathroom with his and her dual-sinks.

House has large basement for storage, two living room spaces, front and back porch, back yard with wooden fence, above ground fire pit, driveway, laundry room, dishwasher, large dining area and kitchen, projector room, and three wonderful housemates. It’s also just a short walk to Toast, Handsome Biscuit, Brewery and many other establishments on 21st street. Less than a mile from ODU, and just over a mile to EVMS.

Looking for someone who will mesh well with the current household and group living environment. Sadly, no couples, and no smokers (sorry). The listed rent price does not include utilities which are split up evenly between the roommates (water, electric, and internet), roughly $75-125 per person, depending on the season and usage. Lease is month-to-month.

What makes this house work is that everyone in the house approves the incoming roommates. So if you do move in, you will have a say for any other incoming roommates. This maintains the harmony and awesomeness of this house. The landlord is great and allows the current household to take longer if needed to find the right fit for the house.
