No EV,s E-bikes We are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with ample street parking and 1 unassigned spot in the driveway (if it’s open, you can park). Beautiful front courtyard and a charming backyard. New patio furniture for outdoor dining and lounging as well as a portable fire pits. The neighborhood also has tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, a pool, a hot tub, etc. We are a quick 10-minute drive to some of the most spectacular West Coast beaches (1000 Steps Beach, West Beach, Aliso Beach, and of course Main Beach). Shopping centers are all around us within a 10-minute drive. The home is newly renovated with hardwood floors throughout, a washer/dryer, countertops, newer appliances, etc. The house is located within 30 minutes of Anaheim, Irvine, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach.

Alexandra (Alex): Works full time as a server at an amazing Italian Restaurant, mostly works in the evenings, and is rarely home. She enjoys going to the beach and discovering new hiking trails close to home. At the moment down in Oceanside for a while so I have rented my room out to Tina (friend) until I come back :)

Scott: Is also rarely home as he works 3 jobs throughout the week. He works for a hotel in Anaheim full-time during the week and works part-time at a luxury health club and a nightclub 2 nights a week on the weekends. He also enjoys going to the beach and finding new tails around OC. He occasionally cooks (loves to share).

Christian Henry: consultant working from home about 50% of the time and the rest of the time in the field with clients. part-time in retail. He also does a majority of the daily house maintenance throughout the week. He enjoys traveling, running, snowboarding fishing, camping, mountain biking and cooking.

The 3 of us enjoy spending time together, but also enjoy our personal alone time. We will have dinner patio nights, movie nights, etc. when schedules allow.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who is comfortable to be around others but also enjoys their time alone. Someone who respects the space they’re in and the people they are around. Cleanliness is important since we all use the common spaces frequently. It’s easiest to keep the house clean if we all consistently do our part. We are open to having guests over once in a while.
