• Currently occupied by 1 male and 1 female in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom. Both of us are young professionals and working from home
• The bedroom is fully furnished with a full sized queen bed, dresser, nightstand etc
• The unit is just over 1300 sqft, brand new kitchen finishes and appliances. 2 living rooms on the main floor and plenty of storage in the basement (unfinished)
• Washer and Dryer are both in unit
• Utilities/Electric/Gas/Internet are all split evenly between us
• Rent is $650/month along with an upfront security deposit of $925
• Room is available starting March 1st, 2024
