Megan's room

I am looking for two housemates to share a house located in East Boulder (near 75th and Baseline). The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, and a dining room. It has a huge backyard that is begging for BBQs and games of horseshoes or volleyball! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Utilities are not included in the rent and consist of water & sewer, electricity & gas, trash, and internet.

I am 52 years old, but young at heart and pursue various outdoor activities in my free time. I have a German Short-Haired Pointer who likes to get into everybody’s business, so you must love dogs. I have one dog and would consider another, but only if it were a puppy.
