Rocco's room

This is a brand new house (built in 2021), located in The Nations (West Nashville). You’d have a private bedroom/bathroom, balcony, and office space/bonus room, with a ton of natural light, large ceilings and spacious closet. The house also has a front and back fenced yard, as well as a screened-in back porch. The house is fully furnished, except for your room.

I’m the only other person living here; I’m a pretty laid back 25 year old. Always down to explore new restaurants, etc, or hang at home too. I don’t party much, but will occasionally have a cocktail. I’m a very clean/organized person, and would appreciate the same cleanliness in common areas. I have a 5 year old black lab who lives with me, so roommate must love dogs!☺️ Open to other pets on a case-by-case basis, no cats.
