Hello I have a finished basement for rent with a spa bath. The home is located minutes from UNR. Full access to the rest of the home including kitchen and living room. The basement is a master bedroom large closet, living room combo. Room also has its own wood burning fire place. Professional cleaning every two weeks.full access to laundry back yard on street and off street parking. No wild parties or drama, just looking for a professional for at least a 6 month term min.

I am a signal dad with 2 girls ages 10 and 14. We have 3 we’ll behaved and snuggly dogs. We cook fresh meals everyday to which you would be welcome. House is professionally cleaned every two weeks. Your bathroom is included, for an additional fee you have a choice to add your personal space. I am a professional educator and work in the private sector. Teachers, grad students working professionals are welcome.
