I have a room to rent in a 2 bedroom 1 bath house. Desirable location close to mid-town. This is an old house, therefore, there is nothing fancy about it. It does have a washer and dryer. It does not have central A/C, but it does have a large window ac unit in the dining room and a small window ac unit for the bedroom. It has a large back yard (but it is mostly dirt). The room is relatively small 9’8“x11’6“ but does have a large closet. It is furnished. There is Wi-Fi in the house, but currently no cable TV. You would have full house privileges. This is a quiet and safe home with no drama. No drugs! No smoking in the house of any kind, outside is ok. Rent would be $525 per month, utilities included. Also, $500 deposit.

About me: I am 43 and work full-time day shift. I have a large dog that is very friendly. When we are home, he mostly just eats and lies around. He is spoiled and is allowed to be on the couch. I am an adventurous person and I am often out with the dog. I like to go hiking and camping as often as I can. I am a pretty quiet person, but I might chat your ear off telling stories of weekend adventures. I do enjoy coffee in the mornings. I am respectful of the roommates’ privacy and space. I do not have guests over very often, but do not mid if you do.What I am looking for: Male or female is fine. I hope to find someone with similar interests, but, that is not required. Proof of employment required. I may consider allowing another dog, but it must get along with mine. Please, no cats. Please, no children. Must be willing to participate in keeping the shared spaces clean.
