My house is in a very quite neighborhood. The room faces the front of the house and has a large window. The house backs up to an inactive golf course and is the perfect place to walk or jog or just sit and enjoy nature. There is no lease but I am looking for someone that will stay for a few years.
About the roomies
I am 70 but I stay active with my church and friends. I like to paint and draw and have a studio at the back of the house.
