House is quite large at 3600 sq. ft. and it sits on .85 acre. The house has recently received a lot of updating and there are few other little things that are still being done but the room is ready to go. Nu vinyl dual pane windows throughout the house. Brand Nu Air Conditioning and Heater unit just installed. There are 3 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, a washing machine and a dryer, and wifi. There are 2 hot water heaters so no running out of hot water. Since the house construction is brick it has awesome insulation properties so it stays nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter with out having to use the a/c or heater as much. Some of definite house rules include but are not limited to: *NO Pets. *NO Smoking of any kind (or Vaping). *NO Illegal drugs of any kind. *NO Parties. *NO Overnight Guests. We’re all human so you are welcome to having a friend over to visit, they just can’t stay over night.. *Must be courteous, respectful, private and clean to ensure harmony for all residents living in the home.

All tenants have full run of the house and are welcome to use any and all appliances as well as the kitchen, dining and living room areas. To qualify, I’m not so big on credit scores but you must not have any evictions, felonies, or recent bankruptcies. Income verification is required. Rooms can possibly be semi furnished or if you have your own things then the empty room is yours to do as you please.

1. 2 most recent bank statements.
2. 2 most recent pay stubs.
3. 1 month security deposit which is equal to the monthly rent. *Must complete Rental Application and agree to follow residential rules for safety and well-being of all residents. Application with background check is $45.
