1 room available in a 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath relatively-new (built in 2018/2019) condo in Central Fremont. It’s located in a convenient location near 5 grocery stores (at least), shops, restaurants, BART, and Lake Elizabeth. Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of the condo and shares a jack and jill bathroom with another bedroom. Shared bathroom has 2 sinks and the toilet and shower are separated by another door within the bathroom, so you’ll only really need to coordinate shower times. Doors to shared bathroom lock from inside each respective bedroom. Bedroom is spacious (~168 square foot, 11 x 15 ft, not including walk-in closet square footage), has a walk-in closet, and comes unfurnished.

Condo is 2,072 square feet, so large, shared living space with extra tall ceilings and windows for lots of sunlight. First floor of the condo is located on the 3rd floor of the building, with the building courtyard (with BBQ grills) right outside the front door. German Bosch Appliances (fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher), LG washer/dryer, and Ecobee digital HVAC control in unit. Building gym access included. There’s elevators for easy move-in and street parking. About the roomies

Roommate #1 (F, 36; master bedroom on 3rd floor): Accountant; grew up in the Bay and works in the Peninsula (4 days in the office; 1 day WFH). Party days are over and usually just has a few friends over here and there for lunch/dinner or to catch up for a few hours. Been told she’s pretty chill, both as a friend and as a roommate.

Roommate #2 (M, 27, one of the bedrooms on 2nd floor): Technical Project Analyst; doesn’t work from home. Likes exercising, the outdoors, soccer, anything airplane related, and fencing. Also really chill.

Looking for a 3rd friendly housemate who does their own thing but is occasionally down to chat when we come across each other in the common areas. A housemate who is good about keeping the common areas clean and uncluttered. A housemate who is respectful and considerate of others and values open communication, especially regarding the sharing of general housekeeping duties. Family, friends or significant others are welcome to come visit, but we’re not looking for a 4th roommate so no long term visitors.
