Rony's room

Extremely Safe neighborhood in a small town near multiple beaches. There isn’t much of a nightlife around here and getting an Uber or Lyft is nearly impossible. This room is meant for a working individual (female preferred) who just needs somewhere to sleep and keep their belongings safe. The only person living there is currently a female in her 50s; which is why a female is preferred. She speaks little English and fluent in Spanish. She is a hardworking individual who loves to keep a clean space.
