The apartment is located in the heart of Glendale just a mile from Americana at Brand. It is on the first floor of the building and faces into a beautiful courtyard. There are laundry facilities located in the building, garage parking, and gated access. The apartment is a two bedroom, 2 bath with central air conditioning and heating. Note I have not moved into the apartment yet so these are not the exact photos of the apartment. Just examples
