About the room
Unfurnished. 3-bedroom house in the Figarden Loop area. Located in a quiet cul de sac, you can park in the driveway or on the street. Outdoor area with vegetable garden, roses, hammock, patio seating, and BBQ pit are maintained weekly and jacuzzi is cleaned after every use. Ring security cameras see everything and the neighborhood is very safe. Your bathroom is only shared if/when company is over. Month-to-Month tenancy, background check required, no couples.
About the roomies
The master suite is occupied by the wife of the homeowner. She is a 35 y/o attorney who works from the third bedroom/office on most days. Two cuddly cats, that are 2 y/o and sleep 20 hours per day but know to stay out of the spare room.
