About the room
Live on the island of Daytona Beach ! You will have your own room, parking space, bathroom & entrance. There will be a two burner electric top. The room is furnished & right by Daytona Beach. 3 blocks to be exact. This room is ideal for someone who spends a lot of time out of the house. It’s small. If you like to frequent the beach, this is perfect for you. There is also an outdoor shower for those days you return with sand. Utilities and wifi are all included in the rent. The deposit is negotiable as far as refunding goes and first and last months rent are due upon move in. I prefer someone who is tidy. Overnight guests are permitted for up to two nights at a time. Otherwise you can pay more for utilities. There is no kitchen. We might add a dorm style kitchenette in the future. Must show proof of income. Must show proof of flawless rental history. Must show bank statements and must sign a minimum of a 6 month lease. No parties. Except special occasions. This is not a rage house. There is a jacuzzi that can be used with permission and instruction.
About the roomies
About me and my husband. We are veterans. We attend school and work. We are family oriented. We don’t drink much. We do not party, but we are 420 friendly. We sometimes travel out of town and would prefer a reliable renter that can do things like water the plants and move mail to the laundry room while we’re gone.
