Chisom's room

Looking to rent out my room. nice quiet apartment complex in Lithia Springs! I want a roommate who is just as private as I am . (Not having multiple friends in and out of your place). Cleans up after themselves (no dirty dishes left for too long). Quiet and polite . Open and honest in communication.

You will have access to your own room , walk in closet, bathroom , and parking. Bills include = rent , Wi-Fi , internet , and utilities.

Rules: -The kitchen area is shared but not my small appliances or living room area. -Nothing is shared (ex. Roommates will not share groceries, kitchen utensils etc) -no parties -shared area must be kept clean , especially at night (no leaving food out in the kitchen)

I live with my dog and only invite very close friends, family or my boyfriend . I enjoy my privacy and keeping my place clean.
