Double bed w/ linens, bedside table/lamp, blackout shade & curtains, Smart TV, desk/chair, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, & sound machine.

“ALL BILLS PAID” [bills, high-speed Internet & wi-fi, periodic use of guest bedroom, printer, piano, common areas (i.e., full kitchen + all utensils/cookware/dishes/appliances, living room, porch, patio, & game/TV room w/ opportunity to schedule your own “private” time/events), refrigerator/freezer & pantry food storage in the kitchen, outdoor grill, driveway parking spot, monthly housekeeping, yard work, toilet paper/paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, fridge/pantry condiments/ingredients/coffee…ALL the shared stuff). Bathroom includes linens, shared w/ 1 other roommate plus infrequent guests. Requirements:

3. $50 app. fee (refundable if NOT selected)

6. Credit check (650+ FICO score PREFERRED)
7. Verification of employment & income (min. $2500/mon.)
8. 6-mon. lease then month-to-month (if it works out, option to renew w/ longer term lease at same price)
9. $400 security deposit (refundable)
10. NO guns, pets-ALLERGIES, smoking, partying, or drama
11. $950/month rent (all bills paid)
