About the room

This is a private room with a queen bed, closet, nightstand, & tv with firestick. It is in a shared basement with a shared bathroom. There is a pull up bar just outside the room.

Room is in a beautiful house, two miles north of garden of the gods on the west side of town. Single occupancy, non smoking home with maximum allowed pets already in it.

Quiet neighborhood, lots of wildlife, steps from walking/biking trails.

This no scent / no smoking room, is available nightly ($35), weekly ($225), or monthly ($955). All stays 3+ days have a $50 cleaning fee. Short stays (1-2 nights) $25
