I’m currently looking for a professional mature person to share the lovely community with. This place is loaded with amenities so you will get your money’s worth. I’ve posted only a few pictures of the clubhouse and amenities: State of the Art Gym, Pool, Cafe Bar, Indoor and Outdoor Lounge, Grill, Business Center ( not displayed) , Media Lounge (not displayed), etc. Central Air, Washer and Dryer in unit. Dishwasher, ALL INCLUDED IN THE RENT!! I included pictures of My apartmen and the room available. I am located in the best building in the community, in a two story building on the second floor. The bedroom is brand new. Nice size, 13x10. It has never been occupied since the community was built. The bathroom is also new and much bigger than it looks in pictures.

I’ve been living here for 9 month. I am a working professional and I work in Education. I spent most of my weekdays out commuting to and from work in the city. I am very quiet and this is a quiet community. If you’re looking to party or turnup, this is not the place for you. I have no children or pets. No pets allowed. Sorry.
