Private bedroom available in a beautiful, fully furnished and well-maintained townhome located in Lancaster City. The home is currently occupied by two female roommates, and we are looking for a third female roommate to join the household.

This is a private property equipped with exterior security cameras on all sides for added safety. The home features a spacious kitchen and dining area, electric stove, electric water heater, and central air conditioning and heating. Laundry machines are conveniently located in the first-floor half bath. Shared spaces include the kitchen, main living room (occasionally), and laundry area.

The renter will share one full bathroom with one other female roommate.

Hi, I’m Tori! I purchased the home in October 2021. My husband and I now travel full-time in an RV, while my 21-year-old sister, Sydni, lives in the attic bedroom.

We’re currently looking for one more female roommate to share the home with Sydni and one other female tenant. We’d especially love to find a fellow Christian to join the household, if possible.
