1 BEDROOM FOR RENT in beautiful townhome in Lancaster City. This is a private property with security cameras mounted on all sides of the house. Large kitchen and dining room, electric water heater, electric stove, electric central air conditioner & heater. Laundry machines are in the half-bathroom on the 1st floor.

The Owner stays in attic bedroom with full bathroom, living room and office space inside, and door separating from rest of house. The Owner only shares kitchen, main living room on occasion, laundry with Renter when needed. The renter will share 1 full Guest’s Bathroom with other female tenant.

Monthly payment due the 1st of every each month. All utilities bills are included in monthly rent. 6 months - 1 Year Only.

NO pets, NO smoking, NO children, NO couples.

$ 800 Monthly Rent, $ 800 Security Deposit. Must pay for and pass background check before moving in. Must be a responsible renter and reliable when it comes to paying rent on time. Must be cleanly and respectful in shared living spaces. Would love to find another Christian roommate to share our home with!

My name is Tori, and I bought the house in October 2021. I’m a 23-year-old college student and work a full-time remote job from 8-5pm. I got married a year ago, and my husband and I occupy the attic “suite”. My husband works as a full-time job in York from 7-5pm. My 20-year-old sister is the other tenant and will share the bathroom with another female renter. We also have an Aussie pup and a small cat.
