Mishka's room

Prefer females - There are two private rooms in a 3 bedroom house that is part of a very large old Farm style house. Sorry - No pets due to allergies One room could possibly be available as early as 15 Dec, while the other room is available 1 Jan 2023. One room is down a 1/2 flight stairs with it’s own small private office/study nook, comes furnished with full size bed frame and mattress, while the other is up a half of flight of stairs. You will have complete house privileges to include Gourmet Kitchen, Living Room with 80“ LG LED TV, Private Patio with patio furniture with Propane Heater & BBQ, Laundry area use and shared bathroom with one other responsible working Adult. House is located in a very safe neighborhood of Ventura. There is no driveway parking, but plenty of street parking only 50’ from either front or rear entrance. House located on HUGE corner lot with plenty of space and privacy.

You would be sharing the home with one other responsible working woman who lives in the room upstairs and myself. Myself, I am a very calm chill roomie, but I am a NEAT roomie, and we would appreciate the same from you. There’s nothing wrong with a “lived in look”, but we pick up after ourselves so as to not let it get too out of hand. We enjoy celebrating special occasions (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s) and we welcome to spend time together, but not required.
We are both working individuals, I am usually gone by 5:30am every morning and home in the evenings. The only VERY strict rules adhered to, is there is no smoking of ANY KIND inside the home. We are 420 friendly, but if it is the smoking variety, it must be done OUTSIDE. Sorry, no exceptions (due to allergies). We generally respect each other’s space for privacy and quietness after 9 or 10pm.
