The room is in a home located in a quiet neighborhood and close to both retail and grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. It’s 1 1/2 miles east of I-25 and about 20 minutes north of downtown Denver, CO, depending on traffic. Property has a front and back yard. Washer and dryer in unfinished portion of otherwise finished basement. The room is fully carpeted, has a good-sized closet and two windows. Ample street parking outside the home.

I am the homeowner, and the only other person who would be residing in the house. I’ve owned the property for several years. I am an active, retired, liberal minded person who is on the quiet side, respectful of others privacy and easy to get along with. I drink socially and am 420 friendly. I don’t smoke tobacco products but am ok with having a roommate who smokes outdoors. My hobbies include music (blues, rock and some jazz), some sports and I enjoy watching Netflix and You Tube.
Although I have no pets of my own, I am open to having up to two cats and/or a small dog as long as they are litter box and house trained, non-destructive and quiet. I’m seeking a female roommate who works days or early evenings.
