The bedroom and rest of the house are pretty much “turn-key ready”. The bedroom includes a Queen size bed, a nightstand w/ touch lamp (including 3 dimmable settings), a large dresser for clothes & storage, a smart TV, a chair & ottoman, a shoe rack for the closet, a laundry basket, and blackout curtains. The bathroom includes a tub & rainfall shower, vanity & shelving storage, a Bluetooth speaker exhaust fan, and is shared with the additional roommate from the second spare room. All bed linens as well as 2 sets of body towels, hand towels, and face clothes are also provided. All you need are your clothes and toiletries!

The whole house was recently remodeled, updated, and redecorated. In addition to a fully stocked bedroom, the house also includes a fully stocked kitchen including cookware, dishes, & utensils to use. Also, the house comes with a 72“ smart TV w/ surround sound in the living room, a communal office/desk space (for if you work from home but are tired of working from your bed haha), a front load washer & dryer, and a small amount of storage in a small backyard shed. The house also includes a small gym, equipped with a treadmill, elliptical, punching bag, some weights, and a few other small workout items. (Note: use of the rowing machine is restricted as I do not own it but am storing it for a friend. But it sure looks pretty, don’t it? swoon lol)

The house is centrally located within close range of grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, gas stations, UPS, Park & Ride, bus stops, banks, and parks. There is even a Starbucks just a 2 min walk away! We are also right near the 17 & close to the 101, so you can get to where you need to be quick.

EXTRA DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS: ● FEMALE ROOMMATES ONLY ● Single occupant renters only (no kids & no couples) ● An application & background check are required to best ensure the safety of all roommates in the house. ● $475 refundable deposit for a 6-month lease & $600 for a 12-month lease (excluding any renter with a pet - see pet section below) ● $100 non-refundable cleaning fee

PET ADDENDUMS: I am a HUGE animal lover & snuggler so I would be happy to see another pup tippy tapping around the house & playing around with the current house mascot (Tonks) lol That being said, the landlords do have a few extra items in regard to any interested parties who come with a furry companion. For those who have a furry friend and are interested in renting, please take a peek at the below restrictions and requirements to be aware of when applying: ● Dogs only ● Small to medium size & no aggressive breeds ● 40 lbs. max weight limit ● $250 non-refundable pet deposit (in addition to the refundable deposit listed above) ● $25/month pet rent ● Quarterly check to assess for any potential pet damages ● 6-month leases available with option to renew pending results of quarterly checks ● Dependent on a meet and greet going well between them and the current resident pupper

Currently, there are 2 roomies, me & one other renter, and Tonks (the 4-legged furry freeloader of the house haha). I’m a 34-year-old female who spends the majority of my time at home, so I have spent a lot of time & money on making the space feel warm, safe, and homey. I love to bake, read, listen to true crime podcasts, and watch a good deal of Disney/Pixar/DreamWorks & anime. I also refurnish furniture in my garage from time to time as a hobby. The other current roommate & renter is also female, early 30s, and works from home. We are both pretty laid back, respectful, and tidy. And last but definitely not least (or she would throw a fit haha) is Tonks, the mascot and true ruler of the house. She is a 5-year-old Australian Shepherd who loves to snuggle, watch Jersey Shore, & eat copious amounts of cheese of all varieties. She is a lover & a fighter (aka she’s a great security system) all in one! She will lovingly follow you around like a shadow but greet you with some back talk (mild barking) when you come and go haha

With the exception of Tonks’ occasional zoomies and sass, the house is a very mellow, easygoing, and drama-free space. I am looking for a 3rd roommate that meshes well with the relaxed and peaceful vibe of the home & who is easy to get along with. They must be able to pick up after themselves, take care of keeping up with their room & bathroom regularly, & assist with keeping the common areas tidy and clean.
