We are offering a room upstairs in a three-bedroom townhouse, perfect for individuals seeking a serene and inviting home. If you’re interested in joining a friendly household, we’d love to hear from you!

💰 Rent: The room is available for $1,100 month for single occupancy (plus 1/3 of the PG&E bill (average monthly is $50); all other utilities are covered). We are also adding a separate mini-split to the room which will allow you complete control of the temperature (heat or AC) in that room exclusive of the rest of the house. Couples are welcome for an additional $150/month. Similar rooms in the area list for $1,350—so the price is fair.

Room Features: The room features elegant easy-to-maintain wood flooring and includes a bed, night stand, book shelf, lamp and curtain.

Bathroom: Shared Access: Clean and well-maintained bathroom shared with other resident. Other roommate is very clean.
