This is a large 5 bedroom house with two kitchens and three bathrooms and three refrigerators so you share with only one other renter.

Monthly room rates range from:

● $1200 - Small efficiency with kitchenette private room and private entrance

● $1000 - Master Bedroom with private bath

● $800 - Bedroom with with shared bath

Shared housekeeping responsibilities rotation once every 5 weeks as well as swimming pool chemistry application. Owner pays for pool supplies.

Renters in house are required to use WHATSAPP to communicate with the house manager and property owner and to make an appointment to see the house.

WHATSAPP is required to view images of the individual rooms before an appointment will be made.

ZELLE is required to make all financial transactions for your rental.

NOTICE: To avoid fraud, we do not accept payments in advance of your physical move into the house. Once you have accepted the key, you will have 24 hours to pay. We do not hold rooms or promise them with a deposit unless you have first physically visited the house and have decided to rent the room.

NO COUPLES or overnight guests. Access to the common areas of the house and pool. Lots of space. Roommates do not smoke or drink because it’s not allowed on the property. No Cannabis friendly people allowed on the property. They want to live with a person that is clean and respectful. That too is a requirement for staying in the house.

Tennants are mature adults that get along well. They are all male roommates and share cleaning responsibilities.
