This is a 10 bedroom house . Currently looking to rent 2 bedrooms with their own private restroom no shower. The house has 3 showers that have to be shared with other roommates. Room is not furnished. There is also a $ 50 fee for utilities each month. You will have access to a full kitchen, washer and dryer, backyard, workspace area and on-site gym. Professional cleaning once a week. Visitors ONLY at common shared spaces. No overnight guest. No pets, smoking, parties, loud music, or any other behavior that disrups the peace. Neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.

We are requiring a down payment of $ 400 and a fee of $30 for a credit check.
