The best of city and country living. Located near ETSU, hospitals, dining and shopping but not too far from your smaller Main Street towns… House is a corner lot with decent size yard that is not fenced and mountain views. 1 furnished bedroom and 1 unfurnished bedroom with half bath. Shared shower since one room has private half bath. Relax under one of the large maples trees on the property. There is a large covered front porch and smaller covered back porch. My house has been fully renovated as of 2021. Appliances and furniture are all brand new.

About the roomies

Semi-retired female that is somewhat of a homebody. I enjoy cooking and chilling in the yard. I like to travel on occasion and try new adventures. I prefer a drama free environment and respect others space. I hope you will mine as well. I do rent to travel nurses as well.
