Private one bed and bath. Whole side of the apartment is yours. Full access to all amenities. Full kitchen privileges, access to all common areas of the house including dining area, a large fully furnished living room, dishwasher, as well as washer/dryer in the house. All utilities, high-speed internet / wifi, and regular appliance use are included in the rent.

I am a 29yo respectful scientist / engineer with a very sweet pitbull. I am either at work or out with the pup. On weekends when I just clean and do chores. I am looking for a quiet, respectful, working professional. No other pets please. Looking for like-minded individual(s), with absolutely no drug/drama involved. You fit the bill, if you have a stable job, are considerate and quiet, and clean after yourself. Rental is for one person only, but respectful overnight guests are ok a few nights a month (negotiable). No smoking, no pets please.
