This townhome resides in Shadow Oak community which includes neighborhood amenities of pools, basketball, tennis courts, baseball fields, parks, lakes, and walking trails and more! It is Located right near I-270 making it also extremely accessible for commuting!

5 minutes: nearby shopping centers with ALDI, LIDL, Giant, & food restaurants 15 minutes: Rio, Downtown Crown, & Germantown shopping centers 10 minutes: Montgomery college Germantown 20 minutes: The Universities at Shady Grove You will share this home with 3 other young, respectful professionals with access to the shared living spaces (living/dining room, kitchen, and deck pictured unfurnished here but will be furnished). Utilities are not included and no pets are allowed. Street Parking is available no dedicated parking spot given. Background/credit check are required with application and will do a phone screening prior. The townhouse can be scheduled for an in-person visit anytime after October 28th. Move-in is December 1st but if early move in is needed, I may be able to accommodate
