Hello! my name is Laura and I own a cute 2 bedroom condo in the heart of Murrieta. The community has a beautiful pool house with cabanas, walking trails, and a park very close to my condo. I’m super close to hospitals, shopping, and easy freeway access to both the 15 and 215.

It’s one roomie in the house right now in the master suite, the secondary guest bedroom and bathroom are available which is what is shown in the pictures. You’ll have your own private bathroom and lots of closet and drawer space. Laundry and kitchen is yours to access. We have a pool house, a park , and walking trails in the neighborhood. My current roommate is very quiet and respectful and works day shift. I’m interested in finding someone who will mesh with the current tenant, and our respectful way of shared home life.
