Nice first-floor condo in a quiet gated community near the Galleria and Tanglewood. Close to restaurants, HEB, the Galleria. Bus stop right down the street. Pool on-site, plus a private patio, washer/dryer in the unit, large TV, wifi, king-size bed, sofa, dining room, kitchen stuff, etc. Street parking directly in front of the unit.

I am a professional 40-something gay male, non-smoker, non-drinker, non-drug user. I am quiet and do not have guests often. I work full time and work from home some in the evenings and weekends. I almost always sleep on the sofa because of its proximity to the computer and tv. Willing to share the king-size bed with zero expectations.
