I’m the owner of the property and I will be sharing my apartment with 1 more roommate.

Private finished basement unit which is part of a first floor apartment with private entrance. The roommate will have a separate key to access the unit. The unit is partly furnished. Bedroom furnished with a queen size bed, living room furnished with a sofa (sofa bed) and a coffee table, kitchen appliances - refrigerator and microwave (Rest of the kitchen is shared), full interior closet and private bathroom. Washer and dryer available in the property. Parking is an option with additional fee.

Central location- close to bus transportation, 25 min from Times square- 24/7 availability. Hoboken, Jersey city, Edgewater, Fort lee- are 10-15 mins away. Safe and quite neighborhood. Many restaurants and bars within short walking distance. Neighborhood also includes park space, a dog park and a playground. Bus stop with direct access to New York City.
