Poppleton Drive

My Fiance and I live in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Its a nice outdoorsy area with plenty of activities around when the weather permits such as hiking trails or spending time by the lakes in the surrounding area. Its a centrally located, roughly a 20-25 minute drive to Auburn Hills, Novi, Troy, Southfield and 15 minutes to Waterford, Farmington Hills, Commerce, Bloomfield Hills. We have 2 pets and there is plenty of room for parking. We both work full time and many weekends we spend out doing things. There is an unfurnished and 2 furnished rooms available with your own separate bathroom.

Rent includes utilities as long as they’re not used excessively i.e. showering for an hour twice daily and doing laundry every day.
