The house is brand new construction in Tigard. The location is centralized in the area. The room is carpeted with it’s own closet. Washer and dryer are located upstairs. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances for those that like to cook. A gas fireplace is located in the living room. The private bathroom is a tub/shower combination. Most recently the backyard was renovated and is now perfect for enjoying the nice weather.

My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate who is tidy, respectful, and contributes positively to a comfortable and welcoming home environment. We value clear communication, shared responsibility, and keeping common spaces clean.

I’m currently a college student graduating in June and also work at UPS. We both maintain a fairly structured and responsible lifestyle.

We also have two cats who are extremely well-trained, friendly, and well cared for, so being comfortable with pets is important.
