Cute house in a nice location downtown, and one of the best neighborhoods to take a walk in. Live music down the block a few nights a week. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for somewhere chill and laid-back, and if you’re also hardworking.
About the roomies
I have a dog, who is still a bit young and energetic at times; but he’s super cool and sweet and gets along with other dogs perfectly fine. I have a job and attend classes at cfcc. I’m looking for a roommate to pay half of the rent/bills (which adds up to a maximum of $800/mo), and therefore share half of the responsibilities of the household. So if you’re looking to share a house versus just renting a room, this might be the place for you.
