About the room
Hello,
My name is Connor, I recently moved to LA, from Colorado, for a medical sales job and am in need of a roommate. I have already found an extremely nice/ large apartment and am only able to sign if I have a roommate. We each get a large room with connected full bathrooms per room, and the rooms are separated by a vaulted living room with a fireplace. The apartment is on the 3rd story with a big balcony facing west (sunsets!) and comes complete with 2 side by side parking spaces in the parking garage beneath. I am very easy going and generally down for whatever floats your boat. Male/female or anything in between works. The location is on Venice Blvd and Beethoven.
