Southeast Blanton Street

We are searching for a roommate for our third bedroom. Myself and my best friend live in the main living quarters (main level) our basement is remodeled and our good friend rents that space out. We would really like someone that we can add to the family to complete our home. Rent is 400$ a month not including utilities (water, sewer, gas, garbage, internet). We have a huge fenced backyard that’s totally private with a pool, which unfortunately doesn’t mean shit until summer rolls back around. A big garage and parking area. You have to be okay with cats since we have two, if you have an animal this will have to be discussed before arrangements are made. Your room has two doors, one that leads to the back door and one the goes to the hallway/living quarters. So you can ultimately have your own separate entrance. The room is currently painted a purple magenta color, which of course you can paint to your liking.

A little about us; The three of us are all in the service industry, meaning our weekends tend to be during the week and we also come home late. Most nights we just relax at home and watch movies and smoke (420 FRIENDLY).
