Primary bedroom with small attached bathroom. The room is available for one person only and the common areas would be shared with the homeowner. Room has two windows on adjacent walls for great cross breeze, and recently install shutters providing privacy and light control. Ceiling fan and light with remote and optional voice control. Room is optionally furnished and currently includes a queen sized bed with under bed storage drawers. Homeowner is willing to remove bed or add a dresser if requested. Well maintained 3 bedroom home with large backyard and outdoor patio area with frequently used outdoor grill.

The price includes utilities, internet access and several streaming services on the Living Room TV. It does not include cable TV, but if that is important to you then we can look at the price and possibly split that cost. I have a dumbbell set, bench and pull up / dip bar that can be used for light ad-hoc workouts in the back patio area.

This is a good home if you like to have some space to do your own thing, but large parties or gatherings will not be allowed on the property.

This is a non-smoking property both inside and outside. No drug use is allowed on the property in accordance with Federal Laws, not even the one’s California views differently.

I am the homeowner and would be the only other person living in the home. I am in my 40s and spend my day working from home as a professional Software Engineer. I have mostly quiet hobbies around the home including gardening and landscaping in the yard, streaming movies and running or bicycling around San Diego.

I prefer cooking simple fish and vegetarian food for myself, so we would not share food or meal prep, but the kitchen is available for you to use for your own nutrition goals.
