Rowland's room

Decent size private room with a shared bathroom right next to the 91. We have full AC, 1 GB internet, full access to kitchen and rest of house, and access to one garage spot with door to the home from the garage. The room will not be furnished and there is no pets or smoking because of extreme allergies. Its about $150 for bills and goes up and down depending on the month. Small amount of guests allowed, no overnight guests

There will be two other roommates, both very clean and working students. One female(19) working an attending CC and one male(23) attending CSULB for comp science. We are into gaming, food, anime, working out and movies. We are kinda of night owls and enjoy to cook.
