About the room
I have a spacious bedroom in an apartment with a pool, with laundry on site to fill that I’m looking to fill likely in December. I currently have someone on the lease who may leave for her second semester of school, so trying to guage interest now for someone moving to LA around Christmas time. You will need to take over the lease while you’re there and do a background check. In the beautiful Brentwood neighborhood, parking available. Shared bathroom, trying to find two people of the same gender for the shared bath (unless you don’t care!)
